Thank you, DD, he is a FABULOUS son, father, husband, and soldier. We are all from Joisey, not NY. :-) Thank you for your encouraging words. It was truly a candid moment right from the heart.
This is very kind. Thank you, ceb. My son is far away (thousands of miles and 3 time zones) and I miss him greatly. Every single time I pass that car sitting in the garage I touch it and I think of him (always). I love you, Brian. <3 <3 <3

ok let's just put it this way: I liked the video but would have LOVED it if the linguistic profanities weren't present, especially with kids running around!!
Sorry, the man just got back from a tour in Iraq and I don't think he would have been thinking to watch his mouth. You'll note that he is unaware of the filming and speaking candidly. Once aware of the taping, I think you can see an extremely well-mannered, mature, respectful and caring adult. Please, no more comments about the soldier's choice of words. It is the element of surprise and love that is captured and shared, after all.
Read the other comments, some people actually agree.
As for being jaded, simply stating an opinion is common and normal. Whether you fucking trash it or swallow it like shit is none of my interest, but you would do well keeping your opinions to yourself as their negativity just makes you look like a toiletdiver!
I will see our son in 4 weeks at his home base in Fort Story, Virginia. I will pass along your thanks.
Why is everyone getting so bent out of shape about his profanity. He is a SOLDIER and I'm certain he doesn't follow Emily Post's Book of Etiquette in his daily rigors. He just got back from Iraq when the video was recorded. It really saddens me that people are more concerned with his mouth than with the element of surprise and love generated by the actions of his mother & I w/the car. GROW UP!
Father/son love at it's very finest! Awesome!

Is he swearing at his dad like that? That's very white trash even if it's in good humour.
Liwah 4 years ago
He just got back from Iraq. He can swear any time he wants to. Soldiers don't talk like Reverends.
