Hi from Topeka KS. I woke up this morning to the sound of my sump pump running but going off. I unplugged it then went outside to check things and sure enough my little drain pipe was frozen solid. I then went to you tube and found your video on how to solve the problem.....Thought you might like to hear that it works. Thanks for helping me out.
