  • Live and let live.

  • lol, those lying bastards really screwed the pooch!

  • this is a funnier episode in the series. the aggressive stupidity in the conduct of the proponents of ID in the Dover trial was just incomprehensible....

  • 139 page opinion. THAT IS A LEGAL DECISION! lol, that's like half of the size of the bible

  • rofl... good post.. :D

  • Lol the religious comments make some shitty statements, and for some reason they don't even realize it just like the people in these movies. Its as if they have some sort of social and mental disorder

  • under oath?, who took him to court? But Gates did say that. Damm he only paraphrased it . it has the same meaning. gates said

"it's far more advanced than any software ever created"

LOL atheist really grasp at straws to defend their dying religion.lol

  • Watch the video. They never had a chance to lie since they pulled out at the last minute. Why would they pull out and not defend their viewpoints? Because their viewpoints were lies and lying under deposition on the supreme court will make them tear you a new corn hole (we impeached a president for this, imagine what they would do to the Creation Institute). Also look up the definition of atheist, you will find that its not a religion at all.

  • lies? what lies? atheism is considered a belief system the one with no God..u believe in science and yourself..lol It is ALWAYS referred to in the context of religion.. so it is contextually a religion

  • I think you need to read the dictionary definitions for "science" "religion" "atheist" and "moron" (the last one is for you)

  • LOL another atheist full of hate using insults to not make a point...God help u and your arrogance

  • Hate? Atheist? Do you want to write my biography? I am amazed you know so much about me. Did you know I am against abortion but for killing babies? I also hate evolution AND jesus. Can you say "New York Times best seller"?

  • It would be a very short book.. there isn't much to you to know. Everything that is of any importance is right here in your comments. u seem to be a little crazy too... that would be a separate chapter in your bio. God help you

  • Well sorry, when someone makes blanket assumptions of me, science, religion and other things, it demonstrates a complete lack of knowledge. So why in the hell would I even attempt a intelligent conversation with you? I just want to piss you off because I am bored and you are a retard (look it up).

  • really? how is the truth a demonstration of a lack of knowledge? and what's with all the name calling by atheist? lol

  • Oh so the truth is I am a Atheist? Well I am not and you think I am. I think they call that a lack of knowledge. You're still pretty ignorant and very arrogant, ironically these are the traits you accuse me of.

  • oh ok good comeback.... actually reads like a rebuttal.. it's not but hey I'm sure the atheist all feel like it was.. and that's all that matters right? LOL

  • Yeah good luck on your personal crusade against the heathen pagan atheists. I, on the other hand, have to go kill some abortionist and democrats like a good christian.

  • Are all the atheist posting on youtube suffering from arrested development?

  • Speak for yourself.

  • I do unlike the left....which ur apart of obviously .. you know there is a reason why the right is called the "right" ;) lol

  • dying religion? look whos talking.

  • Yeah me a Christian...

  • and that's really the only reason your religion is still here. The United States was built on Christianity.

  • HMm funny most atheists believe otherwise, that is the basis for there removal of all religious epitaphs and language from all schools and government. Oh wait I know why that is it all depends on what point you guys want to make (or think ur making) so sad God Bless

  • The simple argument against one particular religion being in the public square is because it is not guaranteed that everyone is of that particular religion.

  • The idea of a creator should be taught and theology should be a subject in grade school. I would only wish that the christian religion be taught in school not demand it or force it on everyone.

  • That's all fine and dandy, but where do you draw the line? What about Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, etc? And where do you draw the line on which version of Christianity to teach?

Where, why, and how do you set the barriers?

  • It should be segmented by impact just like history. So the Judeo / Christian belief would be the largest section in the studies and so on...

  • But what do you do with the combined 2.5 billion Muslims and Hindus on the planet? Would it be comparative religion or religious indoctrination? Will children be told they will burn in Hell if they leave Christianity for Islam/Hinduism/etc, or will they be given an open market of ideas?

Involving religion in the public square, especially with public education and children, has many strong implications. The best way to do away with these insurmountable issues is to remain secular/neutral.

  • U just cover the history and facts just like you do in Social studies between communism and Capitolism etc. You don't apologize to them do you?

  • Yes, I do like facts. Facts are things that are real.

    I don't understand your question.

  • of course not... it would force you to reconsider teaching religion..

  • Oh. I understand your question now. You mean, teach the facts and history of religions? I'm all for that, certainly. As long as it's *all* religions, and only facts/history.

Not "this is religion X's dogma, follow it or burn in hell".

  • Right that atleast would allow for a balanced education on the real world and it's issues. which seems to be extremely relevant today..

  • If you want to learn about chstianity, and have the viewpoint that a "Super natural creator" is the prime mover, then go to church or divinity school. Presumptions and blind faith, does not belong in the curiculum, other than a segment in history and sociology.

  • tell me why Benjamin Franklin wanted to include prayer in schools..?

  • It does not matter, that benjamin franklin wanted to include, since it is not in the constitution ;)

Your US constitution seperates religion and state.

  • where does it say that?? do u know the history on why the pilgrims left England.. do u know what the difference is between US and what they were. Why do members say a prayer before a meeting???????????????????????? as proposed by Benjamin Franklin... Didn't they know about that separation of church and state thing..? LOL so so easy to beat down your lame arguments

    God Bless

  • It's safe to assume you aren't real big on reading.

  • @JazzMunki Wow! what a great rebuttal!! Another pathetic attempt to insult the superior intelligence of a conservative. Are you as a liberal progressive capable of debating with "fact" or is just hurling insults your only clever retort?

  • @carlindelco Suggesting you're ill read isn't an insult. Your continued reliance on false absolutes betrays your lack of intelligence.

Btw, if you're what passes for superior intellect, a block of wood should well be nominated for the next Nobel prize. [hint: that IS an insult, albeit, fitting.] Oh, and by all means, continue trying to portray me as some convenient label that is conducive to your ad hominem attacks and false ideological stereotypes. Cretinous hypocrite.

  • only prevents the US from conjoining the powers.. not the acknowledgment of God that's abundantly clear since we are endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights.. Bill of rights... lol

  • @ueks69 Again a lib totally missing the point? you guys always fail.. so I am not really surprised. As a contemporary and even a signor it would be abundantly clear and know to him, what the constitution meant. Certainly he would know more that YOU!! lol

  • No it was not, no where in your constitution, does it state that christianity is the hoosen religion of The USA, in fact your constitution clearly seperates religion and state. But tell a lie enough times and it becomes true, or is it just sheer ignorance from you, that makes you state such nonsense.

  • "But tell a lie enough times and it becomes true, or is it just sheer ignorance from you, that makes you state such nonsense."

hahaha. I lol'd because you and many other Americans who believe that this country was founded on christian fundamentals have been doing just that.

  • I think you did not read what i stated ;) I am no christian.

  • WHen did I say you were? Hmm. Well that will not change the fact that the one can read the declaration of independence (written by our founding fathers) and you will see that while there is mention of god, there is no mention of Jesus Christ, whom by the way is the main person that christianity revolves around, in fact you can read up on our founding fathers and you will see that most or a fair amount of them did not follow christianity. Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Paine.

  • It may be interesting what religius or non religius beliefs your founding fathers had, but it does not change the fact, that they wanted to seperate religion and state.

They also included religius freedom in their republic.

  • That's kind of a known fact, but that's not even what I was saying. I am saying that this country that I live in is NOT founded by crhistian fundamentals, and yes we have freedom of religion and such, and yes the country was founded under secular terms, so what is the point you're trying to make with me? All you're really doing now is telling me something that is already known, mind you I'm not fond of religions of any sort, but this is old news to me.

  • @Anidem9 The constitution doesn't say anywhere that the mention of God shall be prohibit? lol that's a form of arguments that you guys always pose.. so there, it doesn't specifically state we can't use God in classrooms? Therfore we can/ lol

  • Or so you think/wish.

  • A particular faction of religion maybe.. but certainly not the judeo/christian principles in general. It is well established and acknowledged by the entire planet that we are primarily a Christian nation.. only you that sit in your mothers basement reading Marxist rhetoric is oblivious to this fact.. God Bless

  • Your are right so far, that the majority of belivers in the US do belief in a Judeo/christian faith. Still religion and state are seperated in your country ;)

Your tideus remark on my housng situation and political observance, only stengthen my unlook on any fundamentalist believers. Stupid headless flock not fit for crows sport ;)

  • @ueks69 That "separation of church and state" prehistoric is extracted out of a letter, that also refers to "the God of America" and is not written as a law. The states.. have the right to adopt a officially recognized religion is they so chose to do so. God Bless...

  • You can look them up, and you can even see that yes they did believe in god, but they did not follow christianity.

  • "doing" to be sued"?

  • One thing to add, there is no reason to assume that complexity infers nothing but complexity.

It does not infer intelligence, sophistication, design, taste in music, etc.

  • Grrr "there is no reason to assume that complexity infers ANYTHING but complexity"
