THEN after the performance he throws that mic in the air n catches it as if he were a pro. I'm sure Shakira thought he was a pro too but when it was PRIME TIME... HORRIBLE! Simply HORRIBLE!

When Ryan Seacrest can make fun of someone, which he did ("I saw u trying") then u know it's bad. He's usually the butt of the joke. Terrible! Just Terrible!

You know what sucks about this performance?

So, she was captivating everyone putting the crowd under her spell as she always does cause she's a 1st class performer n artist BUT-I know Rascall Flatts is huge in the country scene n r good in their market BUT that guy ruined the song! His notes were completely off key when he 1st started singing n made me cringe. Horrible! Then, he started improving n finally ended well but then he looked ridiculous next to Shakira. Mess! What a mess!!!
