@BNSF7508 You can run with less than 12 axles no matter what the instance. Some railroads restrict movements based upon axle count, some don't. SDNR has no restrictions on movements with less than 12 axles aside from the usual Light Power provisions (50 MPH), however BNSF (not SDNR) requires movements with less than 12 axles to provide protection at grade crossings.
Yeah, 450! Seems like some of the F59s could use some major overhauls. They seem to blow traction motors left and right.
