  • Your video helped me repair my first cable ever. This was the first time I ever fixed anything with soldering iron. Thanks!

  • WTF at 0:57 he puts solder directly on the tip while soldering!

  • @Flashtoorev

Yeah I know, wtf.... I'm a girl and even I know that's wrong!

  • Join Mogami cable channel to see artist and technicians who use Mogami cables.

  • MAKE ME A TURBO CONTROLLER!!!!!

  • Fuck youtube ads

  • Besides being expert, this man knows how to prevent possible accident. Eye goggles for safety purpose folks, Have you ever heard about EHS or wearing PPE at work (Its on global safety standards). just like you need to wear a helmet on the road even you're a professional motorcylist. Peace out

  • I really think that these parts should've been fluxed before being soldered.

  • he was probably using fux cored solder

  • lol, you know how dangerous this is? Soldering is even more dangerous then swimming with sharks, could you ever imagine what could happend? You could burn your fingers, thats why this dumbass wears glasses lol

  • Yes, as he should. Solder or flux can splatter off of parts being soldered or the iron.

Would YOU want 500+ degree solder or flux in your eyes?

  • so you solder the shield to the bottom(ground)???

Is there sometimes a hole there to solder it to?

Is this similar for 3.5mm audio jack, without the left and right channels of course.

  • this cable would not pass in my band, because, failed to remove black carbon shield on center conductor,it helps shield the cable and should it touch the tip conection(it was way to close) the cable will become noisy roll off high end ,and if it is used as a switch cable for an effect or channel switch it will not function properly,I have made the same mistake myself more than once

  • That doesn't make sense... AT ALL.

Either you don't know what you are talking about or you are just so terrible with words that you can't get your point across.

  • where do you get the cable?

  • jus get th cable from an electronics shop or a broken microphone or guitar cable

  • A local music shop or Guitar Center should have a big spool of cable you can get trimmed to custom lengths.

  • thanks!

  • Very helpful! Thanks!
