Wile should sound like Dr.Wiley from the classic megaman. Since Classic, X, and MegamanZero are all canon to eachother, my theory is that Dr.Wiley after creating Zero went way into the future(because in X6{i think it was} there is a cutscene where zero wakes up from some kind of hybernation and see's wiley's silouette, and the letter W appears on his crystal thing on his forehead) to see how zero would turn out and ended up living there. Then he changed his name or something so no one would.....

@kagebunshinnopichu That would be Shadow, from the first Megaman Zero. He was the first of the three guardians to be killed, and thus never reappeared. That might explain why it seems to be a sort of flashback when Shadow is talking.
