  • TEARS WILL BRING YOU SYMPATHY, SWEAT WILL BRING YOU RESULTS

  • This would appear like an attempt to make a documentary, but I am not convinced.

  • I can feel related to some of his issues. Like the covering up of your body, even though i got a decent physique. However, he's got a far worse then me. He's lost sense of reality. I feel bad for the guy.

  • Dude needs to get on drugs. simple as. if he;s still natural and wants to stay natural, then he is an idiot. he will never ever ever achieve anything close to yates!

  • ahhh another 1 with shit genetics ... dude needs 2 jump on the gear 2 be PRO BODYBUILDING MATERIAL . EVEN DEN ... he wnt ever touch the olympian stage sorry m8 but i know natural cats that put u 2 shame even at the age of 19 and they train 5 days a week 2 days rest with good food ... and train only for 1 hour a day ... u suck lol

  • i feel bad for this dude. i think everyone of us has some form of bigorexia or whatever you want to call it, but some just have it way too much and it really messes them up. Keep pumping but, work smart. Look up Dorian yates' articles - trust me, he wouldn't like the 3 hour/ 7 day workout regiment you have going on. best of luck to you

  • bell end have you ever locked out your presses, dorian would have you vomiting in a set you dick

  • wtf 180 pounds and works out everyday, 7 days? Dude should stop training natural and get on the roids asap and start juicing harder i hate people who kill themselves like this and not realize the next level is all about good quality roids and high dosages..

  • mom!!!! bring me another slice of pizza...im watching a video on youtube

  • Ever heard of overtraining? Rookiemistake.

  • 3 hours a day? training like dorian? obviously never heard of HIT training

  • @TheMegaRoflcopter you can still do HIT 3 hours a day ..

  • @TheRogueMonk then you are missing the point of hit

  • after an hour in the gym its been proven that it lower your testosterone and your cortisol goes through the roof. this guys in there for 3.

  • People in this world have bigger problems then trying to get bigger. The 1st step to getting bigger is to stop lying to yourself, if you are training hard, eating the right foods and been doing this for years then you are going to grow. If you say you are doing this and not improving then you are lying to yourself. Because you would be the only person in mankind that its happen to.

  • insecure guys are funny.

  • @sebaswildboy faggots who watch all bigorexia vids and coment the same thing are funnier r u so insucure about urself that u have to hate on other ppl

  • For this guy to reach yates size he will need to do alot of compound movements to put on some size. And also hit training doesn't work for everoyone, it depends on the persones genetic and structual make up.

  • dorian yates did HIT training fool..thats why you aint as big as him

  • @mountaindew207 Dude, you don't even know how this guy trains. I assume he trains HIT because everyone trains HIT, but it's quite possible that he's a high volume trainer.... Who knows. Each his own.

  • Wait... He's only 180pounds? It seems this guy is natural... wtf?? With some dbol+deca+test he could pack on 40 pounds in 3-4months...

  • @MrAssassinful yeah, he is, but those guys from the gym who he looks up to are not. so he can't actually be like them.

  • @tulceaujcm How do you know that? Those guys he looks up to look pretty natural to me.

  • @MrAssassinful ok, that's a fair point. i don't know them, haven't met them, so i can't know for sure. but i still think that they take something. it's the way they look, all that muscle density is very hard to get naturally. and their sheer size alone, they are big, ripped... i have seen natural bb competitions and none of those guys, in the contest day, so when they were at their peak, looked like that

  • @MrAssassinful hahaha Now you see how people get dysmorphia actually, cause of these sort of comments (meaning no offence to you)

  • @ikadir18 Call me skinny or small and I would probably call you something bad aswel. But the next day I wouldn't even remember you calling me skinny or small, because I don't care what other people think of me. My point is that some people are just more insecure than others. Everyone can get anorexia or "bigorexia" But for some the chances of getting it are much higher. Apperently this guy in the video had a high risk for "bigorexia". So I don't see of being careful what you say.

  • @ikadir18 And this whole documentary seems fake to me. Dude, in the bodybuilding world 180pounds is considered skinny. No one who who eats big and trains hard for years can only be 180 pounds. And if this guy really had such big problems with his size, he would've then started using steroids a long time ago. It doesn't add up.

  • @MrAssassinful what i meant is i think thats exactly why he has dysmorphia. Cause in the bodybuilding world, as you said, he will be considered 'skinny'. Thats why he considers himself as 'skinny', even though hes actually very muscular compared to an ordinary person! Good point about the steroids though, maybe he has some other issue with them?

  • I feel this man...its just so hard working your ass off and eat the meals and still not satisfied. Its a horrible thing trust me. I worked so hard to reach this and I think im still small ass fuck while other people say I'm big, even girls. I just can accept my body god damn thats sucks

  • @thebetterhaloplayer stuff yourself with prozac and forget about this ordeal. and it's the same for this guy from the video, i have the same advice for him

  • They play some gay music in that gym.

  • I think one reason some of these guys are hung up on "big" is that everyone from about Lee Haney to present has been huge. You have to be huge to compete at the national level, much less Mr. O. Guys like Frank Zane looked much better to the general public, and you did not have to be freakishly huge to compete back then. though muscularity, symmetry, and some size were needed even then. I feel pretty sure that guys like Zane, Dickerson, even Arnold, were also healthier.

  • his arms look as big as mine, and im 6'1 with just short 15inch flexed! i weigh 180 pounds and im not really fat, maybe 10-2% bodyfat! and he looks bout 15% and short at like 5'8

  • 17.5 inch arms, 46 inch chest, 31 inch waist, 26 inch quads at 180lb. Absolute BS. He has nowhere near those measurements and he's fat.

Well he is mental, I'll give him that!

  • This isn't an issue with bigorexia. He has bigorexia, but it comes from deeper underlying disorders. His self-esteem is shot, so he is trying to compensate with body building to get reverence from his peers, but at the same time, he wants it so bad that he has developed an obsessive compulsive disorder that causes him to over train at the gym, even though I guarantee you he knows that he is over training. Fix the underlying problems. You need to focus on the cause, not the obvious symptoms.

  • recovery is the key to building muscle,if your training 3 hours a day your only preventing your body from growing.I used to train 3 days over a week period and when i switched to training 4 days over a 9 day period i gained a stone in 4 weeks, that and proper nutrition of course

  • @weximan1 You do realize that you can train the same muscle group almost every day with steroids? Steroids increase recovery. Without steroids you can train your bicep once every week, with steroids you can hit the bicep on monday hard, and again on wednesday, and then friday, etc etc.

  • @MrAssassinful yes im aware of that mr but im just saying from a normal persons point of view and he doesnt look like someone thats taking steriods, plus you can still over train on steroids!

  • @weximan1 If he really has bigorexia then he is definetly on steroids. Steroids are more common then you think. And it's pretty hard to overtrain on steroids.

  • His overtraining.....

  • Not a single clip showing good form. No wonder you only see curlmonkeys in the gym doing isolations with maybe 30% of full ROM.

  • No Brain, No Gain.

  • 3 hours a day 7 days a week shows he knows absolutely nothing about gaining size probably why he thinks he has Bigorexia

  • this guy is mistaking the difference between big and ripped.

  • idiot the bigger you get the longer you have to rest between workouts this retard is over training no wonder he doesnt grow

  • Model his training afer Yates? Not with spending 3 hours a day in the gym. DY spent 4 hours a WEEK in the gym tops

  • @bigonumber72 yes that's what I thought too.

  • @bigonumber72 exactly dorian did h.i.t. training he only spent like 30 or 45 mins a day in the gym. obviously this moron didnt watch his idols movie blood and guts

  • That guy would be much, much bigger if he would let his body rejuvenate.

  • I don't understand how d.yates can be ur role model and yet you train 3 hours a day, 7 days a week, clearly this is quite a big mental disorder, plus this guy walks into the gym like a loser and forces himself 2 train while most big guys love workin out nd look 4ward 2 training, i feel sory for him

  • i feel sorry for this guy, he looks so depressed, i think he has more underlying issues than biggorexia

as for "dont know what it takes" how about reading up on training and nutrition and the importance of rest days!

the guy is training for 3 times the amount of time reccomended every day with no rest imbetween to grow!

  • i feel sorry for this guy, he looks so depressed, i think he has more underlying issues than biggorexia

  • What a retard. How appropriate that he has a t-shirt that says "no brain, no gain"

However I do understand that nobody wants to tell him about steroids. I wouldn't. He would obviously stack himself to death within a couple of years.

  • the only trick: get a rest man

    eat and rest

  • This guy heard of full range reps?? Even Dorian in his training video made a point of stating his objective is to work the muscles not lift big weights with sloppy form that's why he does full range strict reps.

  • you need a spotter dude you can push out more reps

  • Is this guy naive? He's obviously not doing roids, and the guys that he aspires to look like usually do (his role model does judging by his appearance). He keeps saying he doesn't know what it takes and I can't help think he's naive.

  • This was a pretty good Documentary. It was pretty interesting.

  • overtrain much?

  • the guy with the look good naked vest on sounds like a right cunt

  • @280894280894 AGREED. Whay dont this homo shoot hgh and roids.

  • modeled yourself over dorian yates including his training you say? i'm sure i heard you say you train 3 hours a day 7 days a week. most definitely not dorian yates training style.

  • "I don't know what it takes"

Steroids. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but honestly. Steroids.

  • @pulmonarykid123 yup thats wt it takes lol

  • Does anybody else feel that the Coldplay song basically cancelled out the considerable manliness quotient of this video?

  • i agree massively overtrained

thats why he's not built like a brick shit-house

  • lolll , 7 days a week , 3 hours a day ... you don't grow muscle if you do not have proper REST ... what a dummy

  • he's overtraining, i bet he would grow like a weed if he stopped the overtraining. i used to do it too.

  • Bigorexia is a disorder in which an individual becomes obsessed that they are not muscular enough. People with Bigorexia tend to over work themselves to the point that they begin to hurt themselves.

Its a disorder, stop saying that he needs to gain self esteem, sure it would help if he had self esteem, but he doesn't because of his disorder. It is not his fault. Thats like saying the people with anorexia need to build self esteem, they just need someone to help them.

  • this guy needs to build his self esteem, not his damn body

  • 7 days a week 3 hours a day? thats overtrainning this guy is fucked up maybe thats why he thinks hes small

  • I love how the back of his T-shirt says: "NO BRAIN NO GAIN." at 7:12. He trains 3 hours, 7 days a week without any rest to allow his muscles to grow. Maybe if he actually did some research on how muscle really grows he can make some progress. Gee, now I wonder why he's not making any gain...hmmmmmm...

  • @socalmuscleboi168 You're right about the lack of rest not helping. But he might just do certain parts of his body every day, while letting the body parts he just worked out, let's say yesterday, rest until the next week.

  • Comment removed

  • @Brom476 But working 3 hours everyday in the gym is still way too much. From my understanding, the heavy lifting should last no longer than 1 to 1.5 hours. The body still needs at least 2 full days of rest for optimal recovery.

  • @socalmuscleboi168 Yeahh.. I forgot about that, hah. I read your comment and replied before he said how long he was at the gym. Pretty much what I said went out the window then, hah.

  • he trains 3 hours the whole week, son you're overtraining your ass, your physical activity is exceeding your body's ability to recoup so youre not going to gain muscle that way, if you're on gear, you can train a little more than 4-5 days but son give the body at least 1 day to recover or something, recovery is key; and there's a piece to the puzzle to know as life

  • if he trained less and rested more he probably see better results, instead of over training.

  • @JustMarkness Thats the obsession, we just dont wanna rest because its hard for us to stay at home and think: I can train right no instead of sitting...of course thats bad but thats the way it is

  • @JustMarkness you obviously don't understand the disorder. I miss birthday's and get-togethers because of workout sessions, it's hard, but I can't stop.

  • @JustMarkness Trust me... Every bodybuilder knows that diet and rest is 70% of bodybuilding. He's not overtraining, his genetics are just not made for bodybuilding. All the top bodybuilders have perfect genetics for bodybuilding.

  • @JustMarkness he is not sick...he is just a fool who needs a trainer and common sense

  • Steroids is the answer for you my man, if you want to look like Dorian

  • I don't believe this guy has bigorexia what's so ever I just believe he is a very concerned athlete who wants progress just like any one of us, simple

  • @WatWarrior22

True and also has bigorexia just like most of us :D

  • also ur body is not bad bro u have some decent lats altho i know anything i tell u wont matter becouse i myself have bigorexia... another thing u train way to much .. muscle is not build during the workout process its build during the recovory prosses so ur not recovering so ur burning ur muscle ud probly be bigger if u dident work out so much oh and another thing that people underestimate is carbs u need to eat like 120 every 3 hours for your particular body weight

  • get into power lifting and i promiss u will get bigger

  • Bloody hell, 3 hours 7 days a week... what he needs is to stop training so hard and train properly and hit gear... he's obviously got the will but he'll never get what he wants if he keeps doing what he's doing.

  • LOL funny how he goes to gym so often and looks shit since he doesn't let muscles relax

  • you know what he does? he works out on a different part of his body every day not just doing dumbell curls for 3 hours everyday

  • no wonder ur not big, 3 hours is more then enough to get ur cortisol levels nice n high to eat away at all ur hard work

  • @dannari93 agreed

  • @dannari93 not to mention that 7 days a week training with no pauses between training cycles is like suicide for muscles.

  • 3 hours a day? 7 days a week?

That's way too much training. He's over training, unless he eats a TON of food.

  • he has no way got 17 1/2 arms there about 16 and a half

  • it takes staroids thats why thay look like that

  • @TheNandopro

So do you have to go to space to get your "staroids"?

  • i have muscle dysmorphia and i love it

  • @trollope4lyf2k8 I don't think you have muscle dysmorphia I think you're just dedicated.

  • why is he not bored shitless of the gym, same old faces an all that

  • gym 7 days a week

    3 hours at a time

This guy doesn't have a fuckign clue what he's doing, he would make more gains with ATLEAST 1 day off and 1 hour max at a time..

  • @benson1888 true that.

  • @benson1888

I wanted to comment something similar - yea U"re totally right!!

It"s more important to be little educated on the stuff u"re doing othervise all effort goes to waste!

  • @benson1888 yeh thats what i thought, he is seriously overtraining, his body never gets the adequate rest needed to make the gains surely

  • @jimmyrich1

Sounds right. Your muscles can't really repair if you keep on tearing them down every day.

  • "Trying to get as big as me" LMFAO! those 2 weren't even big! 1st off this kid has serious mental problems. His lack of success is do to unatainable goals, lack of knowledge and OVERTRAINING. I laugh at idiots like this who just think more is better and don't take the time to think and react to what there body is telling them. I train as hard, half as long with proper diet and have put 50lbs of SOLID LEAN muscle on my frame in the last 5 years naturally.

  • @keithfabbri

These two guys are narcissistic and this guy .. - I feel sorry bout him - but it"s his problem that he aint educated!!!!

  • this poor guy is going to try and pump and tone his way to a powerful physiuqe. He has been ruined by bodybuilding routines that his body doesn't have the foundation to do anything with.

  • The other thing i was going to add to my post is that this is safe usage of doing steroids such as dianabol or any of that stuff; so using it in 8-10 weeks cycles, not like the crazy people who do this stuff year around, and have no care about there liver, kidneys, or there pituitary gland, endocrine glands, heart, or potential to having bitch tits, testicule shrinkage and all the side effects

  • @blindtimes so you think you can get the physique of a IFBB Pro without negative health effect wheather short or long term?

  • @EMDANAL Well it really depends on what you mean by long term or short term. I am going to say first of all i have used the illegal supplements, and you can do them safely but that means a certain amount of time "rehabilitation" so to speak. I know that the one the thing that wreaks havoc is your internal organs, and glands, and these can be irreversible repair if you go overboard in any type or training, so even basic creatine for some people can cause liver toxicity issues for some people

  • @blindtimes it's not about pointing the finger at everything else. getting clean quaility "gear" can be a hassle. I just want to know can I get "HUGE" without induced sexual reproductive and emotional issues? what are the precautions that can alllow me to do so? like how much low of doses of how many different types etc. to be effective?

  • In terms of getting a certain physique such as IFBB Pro to be perfectly honest is unattainable for alot of reasons. I am 28; been training for 3 years, my trainer is 33 has trained for 16 years. The common parallels are this: I am 6'1-2 same as him roughly. He is 245lbs pretty much 8% body fat. I am 220 and (should be about 210) Now you could say that an average of 5 lbs per/year as they state and in 5 years i would be the same as him, but my lean mass is pretty much that, and i can still gain

  • Continued: muscle but i am never going to weigh in at that amount, and I can gain muscle, but lean mass will stagger off. My answer is that becoming an IFBB Pro can occur for those few who are natural. It also depends some people have super human physiques and its just unrealistic, and so of course health issues. I have also seen physiques that have been achived by training long enough and never done any illegal stuff, and these guys i will say are blunt enough to say if they did or didnt'

  • @EMDANAL no i dont think thats possible personally

  • Most bodybuilders hate hearing it but if your 5'10 180lbs and your 21 to reach 270 your going to need about 10 hard years of at least 3 cycles/year of steroids to get to that. Thats being very modest of 9lbs of hard muscle/year with a drop off, and minimal body fat. The first 3 years you will gain the most i will give you about 50-60lbs but after that even on roids you will get bigger and stronger, but actual increaded lean mass is hard to come by without not being dictated by genetic potential

  • Theres no specifics on this guy. If you are 5'7 and those are your measurements thats great. If you are 6'2 then not so much. However, questions unanswered how many years bodybuilding, whats his routine (training emphasis only on one specific area can be an achiles heel) overtraining obviously, adequate nutrition, enough sleep (growth hormone release), lifestyle (alcohol, coffee, other stimulants) all have major effects on you. The other thing not stated is just genetics, continued....

  • you will not get any progress with over-training,your muscles needs rest after 5 days of hard training,or even six,but every day will not do you any good.he needs to take a break, stop the training for a week get some rest.and when you start again, take 2 days off, saturday and sundays, sleep in,eat lots of protein, and you will get bigger,oh and it takes years to see evident progress,YEARS,if you do it without steroids

  • 7 days a week 3 hours a day..That would severely overtrain and make you tiny as hell.

  • ur normal man not bigorexic dont listen to idiots its no disorder keep pumping u will reach ur goal one day

  • awwe boo hoo :'(

try training smart instead of wasting your days just hitting the weights. its much more than just that.

  • is there an extended version of this?

  • ironic shirt he's wearin towards the end...apparently he has no brains to realize that 3hrs is too much...45min -1.5hr max + awesome diet = results

  • "I don't know what it takes."

Ok heres what hes missing and I can't believe he hasnt realised. Number one, 3 hours a day is way way too much, 1 to 1.5 hours a session is enough. AND Bodybuilders he aspires to be are on thousands of dollars worth of STEROIDS. There is only so far your body can grow without assistance from anabolics. I feel sorry for the guy he seems genuinely upset.

  • @amagad1989 not true, There are doctors bodybuilders visit, I visit one in particular myself, I can't reveal the type of doctors, he also has to check his routine, he has to eat Well , I eat 6 times a day Steroids is an Alternative but steroids ruin your life there are foods that increase the amount of testosterone, but to tell you the truth, it's genetics, JAY CUTLER a famous bodybuilder began lifting 315 lbs in bench press I began with 50 lbs and currently lift 260 I am no where near Jay cutle

  • damn 3 hours!!!!!!?!?!?!?!? no wonder he isnt getting big dorian would spend around 3.5 hours total a week!!!!!!!

  • this guys over training, 1 hour and a half is as long as you't want to spend! Someone tell him lol

  • someone get this man some dianabol haha...seriously its not even that expensive anymore. if he was a woman who wanted to be big then he could cry

  • Shit, I thought i had problems. This dude makes me seem normal

  • he's definately overtraining

  • The problem is this guy seems to think Dorian Yates body was built on whey protein, it was actually built on 100,000's worth of steroids and growth hormone not to mention genetics come into play.

  • Its ok, it was only coldplay lol

  • those stupid big men give him lot of complex, poor guy :-( hey man you look SUPER GREAT beleive me!

  • his bis are too flat

  • He would probably be bigger he he trained less. 3 hours everyday is way to much, overtrainning is probably the cause of lack of progress.

  • put a name on a something and its then a syndrome...i spend hours a day thinking about getting big and an hour a day lifting...i have my shit together better financially, physically, and especially mentally than these doctors who like to point out others flaws...is a person who spends years reading to get knowledge, or biking to get a faster time, or striving in business to make more money in any way participating in some awful syndrome...i dont think so

  • fuck youtube censorship

  • anybody good at lip reading??

  • How cool! a documentary without audio!,... take this stuff off, just wasted bandwidth

  • No, upload it again, Youtube disabled the audio why should we save their bandwith?

  • can someone put up this except with actual words please

  • you arseholes, why take the audio away. pricks

  • His form is horrible on incline dumbell press.

  • i would feel small if i was you too. more food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i force feed myself 6 times a day, get used to it

  • why did they put such gay music?

  • agreed, the music is pretty gay....

  • Looks like he weighs more than 180lbs

  • i think he didnt understand yet you only can get bigger with steroids ...

  • i can understand where hes coming from,im 21 i jus wanna be bigger wont stop till i have 19inch or over inch arms.hell ill never stop this is what i do.dont know if i want to compete,i train every body part your not a man if you dont train legs.but i wouldnt train 3 hrs aday 7 days aweek not even if i was on the juice.he gotta pace himself not even coleman trains that much.

  • well he trains like 6 hrs a day 7 days a week

  • Not sure if he has bigorexia. His "goals" in Dorian Yates, and frankly, competitive bodybuilders means he IS relatively small. So if those are his goals, you can't say he's got an image problem. However, if he wants to get a physique "comparable" to Yates, he's got a lot of work, a lot of food, and lots and lots of steroids and growth hormone to go through. Even then, he probably doesn't have the genetics. if anything, his goals are unrealistic and he's doomed to fail.

  • but i like it cus it's constant motivation

  • haha idk i see this a being pretty legit, I think I have the same thing. I'm 5'10" and when i was 150 i used to think that when i was 200 i was gonna be buff but now ive been at it for a year 4 months and im 190 and i still feel tiny even though im bigger than most people around (at least average people, i feel tiny in the gym). But i do get really frustrated cus still think im tiny but atleast im still 18 so i got a lot of crap to go through 270 is my goal for now

  • I think the same in the end people like us will win and overcome others Good luck bro.

    Greeting from the netherlands

  • is he crying?

  • durrr, not getting bigger by working out 3 hours a day. cortisol is bad. someone tell him so he can stop asking what it takes

  • this isnt a documentary, its not informative at all

  • Good God the exaggeration in these vids is laughable. 17.5" arms with a 31" waist? Get real FFS! I am a former competitive bodybuilder and muscular 17.5" arms with a 31" waist is world class believe me.

  • 7x3hours a week, of course this guy is not getting big burning so much calories.

Bigorexia is not a mental illness, who would openly say "look at me, I am so big and my muscles are pretty" on TV? its just a part of being humble. but the doctors reckon if you dont say it, you've got issues. I mean there are so many disorders these days, you are prob not normal if you dont have one?

  • I feel so sorry for this guy, bigorexia is a mental illness. Its like anorexia, depression and schizophrenia. It needs medical treatment to be cured. But because its not widely known, many people dont see a problem with the person at all. But what brakes my heart about it the most is that its such a money and time consuming illness. 3hours a day in the gym, 7 days a week, and every supplement money can buy. Its so harsh

  • "bigorexia" is not a mental illness! what it is, is bullshit! if a person looks in the mirror and thinks to themself "i am perfectly content with my body!" then there is no need to try and improve it. but nobody looks in the mirror and thinks that, and the people who want to appear massive and muscular are dubbed "psychologically diseased" for working their asses off to attain the body they desire... what the fuck is wrong with the world today.

  • To both Geerad86 and Izen5, i have studied mental disorders and have a degree in psychology. What basis do the two of ye have to say it is or is not a mental disorder? Anorexia is the same as this but on the opposite end of the spectrum. Anorexia wasnt well known until 25years ago. It would be people like ye who decided to turn a blind eye to it. People who suffer from bigorexia, constantly see a distorted body image+never feel they are big enough. So keep your uneducated opinions to yourselves.

  • This "documentary" doesn't say anything. Remove the music and nothing is left. It doesn't even say how tall the guy is. I rate it: a big fat zero.

  • naw maybe your going to gym too often ,4 or 5 time a week you can really push yourself to the limit

  • this biography was whack! whoever directed it made this guy look like a scrub with the slow-motion and the girly coldplay music or whatever. if i were this dude i would be pissed. obviously he isn't doing something, whether he just started and needs to be patient or he's overtraining going to the gym 7 days a week and workingout for 3 hrs at a time. Give me a break!

  • Nice work J. I enjoyed the movie. Well done. I was right impressed. A.C.

  • regular guy fitness, he is big, bodybuilding wise, he is small. if he's that concerned he should jus roid. i'm 180lb and my arms are 17 inches and he's bigger than i am

  • i feel so bad for him!

and wats worse is he looks great too!

  • It's great this guy is working out and all, and he looks fantastic already..but what he REALLY needs is to look WITHIN and not OUT. He needs to read up on Buddhism and find his inner "peace", to realize that you have to love yourself first, the way you are, and then everything else will come into play. That way, whether you get big or not doesn't matter, because you already accept YOU. He also needs somebody in his life to love and love him back badly. I saw alot of loneliness in his eyes..sad.

  • loneliness , think the wor is cunt struck

  • this guy needs support he looks good sometimes mass isn't everything also Balefan83 is right dorian yates used to do 3 hrs a week only in the gym well it worked for him but for layne norton it didnt if anyone wants the article i will e-mail to you

  • He'd be a shit load bigger if he cut down to 4-5 times a week...doesnt sound like he follows dorian yates' training split cos dorian would stay maximum 45mins to an hour in the gym at any one time

  • And also, many people think that to get big all you need to eat is heaps of protien, the trick is i noticed tremondeous result when i was eating excess carbs (good Carbs) and advocate amout of protien, and fats. 60% carbs, 20% protien and 20% good fats and you will grow really quickly.

  • im not a professional but, i like to put it this way, i put on 10 kilos in 2 months, and another 10 kilos in another month, totaling 20 kgs, this was done 100% naturally, the trick was to train with heavy weights and Eat Eat Eat Eat Eat, and Rest Rest Rest. 100% sure when he said he stays 3 hours in the gym, i thought Over Over training, should limit it to 1 hour.
