Just Noticed Some AMD Radeon Ram Enthusiast Edition on Newegg on sale. IS a ATI 4890 GPU with AMD Radeon Ram Certified faster than having a 5770 & Other Manufacturer's Ram, any tweaking? Never Saw a Phenom-FX Architecture & ATI 4890 a Good Chip sounds somewhat DX10.1/Beta DX11 Kinda? Does it Need that NPU insurance with VisionTek? Wonder with Xbox-720 if AMD GPU in there, is that AMD Radeon XDDR-2 in there also more market share with GPU & Ram!

I don't want to be a dick, but can I ask you why you have 3 sticks of ram in a AMD build? About the funniest thing i've ever seen considering you went out and bought a Antec 1200 case. Its recommended for i7 because most boards in the intel arena have tri-channel memory support... You are running 2 sticks in dual channel and 1 stick in single channel... What a waste of money just to get 2gb extra

So I just used it to get it up and running until they sent me an 8 gig set to make up for the mixup, which I show in my update vids. for this system that built back then.....

@marfg12345 there is definetly a performance difference, check the spec difference on newegg. make sure to match the approximate price of your cpu and gpu as well as you can.

well, i do get about 30-55 fps in Crysis maxed 1680 x 1050 on HD6850 xD, i bought it today:)

i guess i made a good choice xD

but, the framerate sometimes dips below 30 :S , only when in high action loaded scenes and when physics kick in (colapsing objects or houses)

it's usually 40 avg.

i'm satisfied so far with it, i OC it to 900/1150

@marfg12345 a 650w good quality Corsair should be enough, your 600w should be just exactly enough but I wouldn't tell you not to upgrade because you may blow up your PC if it overloads.

Buy a corsair 750w TX2, the 650w version is only 5 dollars cheaper so just get the corsair 750w tx2, it costs about $110

Nice PC I have a very similar setup and I also have to agree these 955s are beasts I have mine also at a stable 3.8GHz, I upgraded from an old AM2 X2 5400+ an the performance increase was just insane, atm I'm using the Zalman CNPS10X Performa cooler with 2 Thermaltake Smart Blue LED fans, keeps it a nice 26-30c idle and I have never seen it hit 40c yet at load very cool running CPU.

gah, i bought the TX750 PSU as well...in a mid-tower case, it's absolutely terrible, should have gone the modular way. then again with the amount of fans you have, air circulation shouldn't be much of a problem!

I was gonna buy the 955 too, but just as i was about to purchase, the 965 came out so i jumped on it instead. Amazing value chips, incredibly underrated. Haven't found a game yet that i can't run at full details at full 1920x1080

Just curious on what kind of temps are you getting with that CPU cooler, I have the same one in my system? I am running the AMD 965 over clocked at 3.8 GHz my temps are 33®c to 35®c is at idol and about 42®c and every now and then I will hit 50®c on full loads. Again just curious on your temps since we are running almost the same set up. I myself am an Intel i7 hater way to overpriced for the performance, my 965 kicks ass and I did not have to spend a $1,000.00 on a CPU.

i have a really bad 4350 and i can play every game there is. plays MW2 on good settings, good framerates. if you buy just ONE 4890, you will be able to play any game on the market on ultra high dx10 at 1680x1050, always over 40 fps

@adilhussain77 i7 930 is better than the 955 but for gaming the 965 and i7 930 are pretty much the same, but if you wanna video edit multitask and stuff the intel core i7 will always be faster. Price performance wise as a gamer you should go for the 965 ;)

I had the Zalman GS 1000SE, install 3 extra fans then change the chassis for the Lian Li PC Armoursuite. 1st the dust.... your computer get's dirty and the fans become very noise! Really nice ur pc dude but i have a question, i had my Corsair 620 Watt with the fan down touching the ground of the case its a antec 1200 like urs so u can see on the psu site has 4 pot where u can put ur PSU well i can see ur fan is looking above to the video card but i have my looking down to the ground so my question is thats is too bad for my PSU cuz normaly has a little space betwen the fan and the ground of the case
