Yeah if you are in DC, WRC NBC news is always the best. They're the most entertaining news program because of Jim Vance and the late George Michael. They often put in even nonsense but funny shit like this into their news telecasts to set Vance off.

That news anchor that couldn't stop laughing is Jim Vance from channel 4 in Wash DC. George Michael is the sports anchor and he had a syndicated show called The Sports Machine. He passed away this pass Dec. They were very close buddies and always cracked each other up on air.

Jim Vance was so professional in the beginning, then he started laughing, then George starting laughing. With George laughing more and more, they just couldn't stop. Loved it!!
