  • NOOOOO Army.. I never thought you would go to the 'dark' side, hahahahha.. why? :) I'm kidding with you.. great job..

  • Great demo, I couldn't help noticing the massive club standing in the background, can you give some information about it, and I can't wait to see a demo. Keep the vids coming.

  • @taraswolkowinski s. The clubs in the back ground is a pair I just got today not even out of the the plastic yet. They weigh over 40 lbs each. I never ever practice this sheik style swing I just did it quickly to show how really easy it is . I personally like all the movements that incorporate the use of the club on many planes. I also like slower more controlled movements where you can do lots of repetitions not just 20-45 movements each hand.

  • @lphantman I agree the Iron Shiek swing is more a show piece, but it is fun to do once in a while. The light club version is great for practicing back circles insuring that one gets full wrist rotation, which is important for other drills. Regarding the shoulder casts aka Zurkhane style, the slower movements are great as you say, about four weeks ago I started doing a 30 minute set twice a week, didn't count reps, used 4.5 kilo clubs. Shoulders feel amazing.
