Action and Detective Comics #1 | New 52 Comic Review

I'm new to comics so is it a big deal if I don't get the first print of a comic book ?

I was and still am opposed to this historic renumbering of Detective Comics,(#1 1937), Action Comics (# 1 1938), Superman (#1, 1939) and Batman (#1, 1940), especially Detective and Action. DC should have at least kept a dual numbering system for these titles, when you have titles that have been published for MORE THAN SEVENTY YEARS, they deserve special priveleges and exceptions, the original numbering should have been kept, these titles (unless extrordinary bad sales) should never b cancelled

pretty sure action ran longer than detective considering it came first

& Detective the art was awesome Batman was awesome Joker was awesome & that last page blew me away. This was probably my favorite book so far of the New 52

I think Action was a great book. For me I don't need Superman's origin I like that he's just recently come to Metropolis & I like he can't fly yet. I like that Clark doesn't work for the Daily Planet & I like his new attitude towards the Villains & cops. & Lex was awesome in this I like he does nothing but still get's Superman. & I understand that the Superman in Action is set before the Superman we saw at the end of Justice League so I not confused by that.
