Yeah, it was on my TV because I was re-recording my horseshow DVD that I ordered from the professional video guy at the show. I can't upload the videos to here straight off the DVD, so I used the video setting on my little snappy-cam and recorded it.

he has a nasty stop just like a horse im riding for somebody.

He has excellent dressage but when you jump him, he just has these unpredictable, Godawful refusals.

And he's a trakhener and I've never known a Trakhener to do that, everything I have looked up on their jumping says most of them have loads of energy and are very brave! Not this one, haha.

Overall you look like a very good rider and you are riding a very nice horse. You ride very nicely between the fences, but I have a little bit of advice. You can take it or leave it, but you should try sitting down, shoulders back for at least the last 3 strides because even if you feel like you are going pretty forward to the fence your horse needs that confirmation from you and it should keep him/her from refusing as well as keep you from going airmail... :)

Oh man...right into the water! That's the worst! Is your knee okay? It looked like you landed on it funny after the first jump, like you landed with your calf bent under you. I think that would jar the knee a bit. Falls aside, you're a phenomenal rider and he's a beautiful horse.

Wow, that first fall was spectacular. I'm so glad that you at least finished the rotation and didn't hit the ground head first! It's pretty obvious that you are an experienced rider and were just having some off moments. Bummer about landing in the dyed water!

i think any horse would spook at water that was that artificially blue. i just do groundpole with my young horse and she spooks at poles painted yellow so i cant imagine her reaction to all the flowersand water and trees used in these jumps!

I've had that horse for roughly 3 years and know him well. I wasn't riding too hard.. he was spooking at the water jump, obviously I wasn't going to just sit there. You have to push them forward when they spook

If you're gonna ride horses.. you just have to accept falling off. It happens to everyone, even the best riders. The falls in this video weren't so bad.. the first one hurt my leg but that's it.. and in the second one I just got soaked. Don't stress!!
