@theMozambiquedrill Never caught a gator on a limb line that I know of, had some lines broke before. Baby gators will chase your top water lures for sure and we have caught them on a rod by accident. Thanks for commenting

warmouth is really good bait thats what i got my biggest fish on. it is a 35lb flathead. i also got my biggest blue on a warmouth. it is 25lbs.

amzing fishing spot simply amazing love the wildlife but the thing i like most is that u release your catches 5 stars no doubt, i live in california and there is this small lake near our house i caught a lizard there but no fish (i let the lizard go after a few pics)

Try using a small live bream or shad for bait. I use 25 pound test or steel leaders use a good size worm hook thru the back dont go thru the spine. Give the bait about 2 foot of play.

We use live bream or warmouth I call them butterbean bream my buddie calls them biscuit bream. LOL about 3 to 5 inchs long.
