Gregoire rewarded Rep Dicks for earmarking money to the Puget Sound Partnership by appointing his son David to head it. What made her think this 27 year old was qualified? David Dicks then sends $10,000 of taxpayer money to Cascade Conservancy of which his brother Ryan was a lobbyist. Then he issues an illegal contract to K&L Gates, Rep Dicks 4th largest political contributor. State Auditor found PSP issued numerous illegal contract. Gregoire should have fired David but instead warns him.
