i've been using my swap magic for about 4 years now. I have no issues at all with my tray. you gotta be careful when using that slide card, you have to take your time. I had a cousin that ruined his tray after using swap magic for only a few months lol. he was way too rough with it. he'd get mad when he couldnt get the tray open, he'd start sliding the card back and forth like a madman. for his next ps2 he got the fliptop cover W/ magic swap. if your ps2 isn't ancient, thats the best option.
