Collective/group rights are completely ludicrous. They are philosophically incoherent, intellectually inscrutable, and a practical nightmare. They fly in the face of our English common law tradition. Collective/group rights can be infringed without any actual harm occuring. That is a marked departure from our legal tradition. And it is dumb, assinine, immoral and completely without merit.

Collective/group rights are a giant middle finger raised to Western cultural traditions.

The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, provides, in Article 19, that: "Everyone has the right to opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

Muslims accuse their critics of being racists who use hate speech. Racism is not an issue since there is no Muslim race. Hate speech is a convenient label for anything Muslims disagree with.
