sorry, i really hate this song, so i can't really comment on this version...=) but i think their vocals are kind of in a way, i think it might have been better if there was no vocal track...
It is not that it is bad but this does happen. You should see that a lot with my mashups. People always have something bad to say about the mix but I just use that to make it better.
Just keep trying and all your mixes will be great:)
well it's not the programs fault (I use cool edit), just my own noobness. By the time I finish recording the song I'm pretty much sick to death of listening to it and my ears are shot so I just wack it out basically raw. And then when I hear it the next day I think "oh I should of adjusted that a little louder". But my speakers died a while back so I'm using ipod headphones atm
I have the same problem! I hate it to cause by the time I post my mix, I realize that something is bad but someone already listened to it and the song is considered bad before I can fix and reupload.
I am excited when I make a mix that I think it sounds great even if it needs work. It is not until the next day that I realize that something is wrong.
We need to fix that problem of being overly joyed and dissatisfied with our mixes.
