  • @OCTOBER102011 You need to eat more. I had the same problem but have been really forcing myself to eat more and am focusing on a higher protein diet and now I'm building muscle. I have never really had a big appetite so using whey protein powder has been an easy way for me to get more protein.

    If i do this workout and each exercise to failure and do 3 sets in combination with your ab circuit training (also 3 sets), is their a chance of gettin your shape if this is the only training i do? how often do i have to do it in a week? And i´m slim and athletic, will my muscles grow without getting weight first and changing my eating plan? Hope you will answer. btw i like your music man nice beats^^

  • Good video, very informative for anyone who doesn't know what they're doing. And @redXmoney yeah you can build muscle fast with these. It's good to use weights as well. The bands will build muscle like the guy in the video. I bet hes been working out for quite sometime. All depends what body type you're trying to get too. So Bands with a good diet and Consistency are what will give what you're looking for. Good luck.

  • @WeightGainNetwork You are pretty stupid big boy. Anything that acts as resistance to your body works for muscle gain and fat burn. To be honest you don't need big weights to build muscle. I used my body to build muscle by doing home workout routines. And I will for sure add those ripcords to my routine, Its really cold outside to be going out to a gym and I need my legs for cardio so I will do this stuff+cardio and I will see results. That is the mindset big boy.

If I use the black one and stretch it to the point in which it is about 90 pounds per hand and I try to do bench press from both side it gives me 90 pounds so 90+90= 180 pounds my max is 225 so guess what? I can't do more than 4 repetitions with that much resistance now let's see what your smart reply is going to have as what I call "ignorant content" Anything can build muscle fast it's all about adding more resistance.

  • Hey Brandon nice video. I'm a beginner just starting out I invested in some ripcords and surprised how effective they are. Though with free weights it's easier to gauge how much resistance their is cos you just read the weight. With bands you have tube thickness and also how far you're stretching the band. My question is do you have a band work out similar to a bench press?

    What bulids the muscles to grow bigger and stronger faster is it heavier weights with less reps or weights you can manage with more reps?

  • @GOW3009 If your want to get bigger, go with heavy weights and lower reps. If your want to get ripped with more definition and tone, go with higher reps and lower lower weights. It is easy to see what i mean when you look at a power lifter and then a swimmer. For best results, alternate between the two... thats what i do.

  • @BrandonCarterTV can u please tell me how you alternate between the two because im a bit stuck btw i go gym twice a week and do 1 home workout a week so i was thinkin 1 cardio,1 high weight low reps,1 low weight high reps is tht ok :)

  • @GOW3009 man, i don't have the same body or experience as brandon (im only 16 and exercise hard for 1 and a half year)

    but the way i've been exercising in a weight room is

    start with some weight to prepare the muscle, then go to your max 6 or 8 rep weight to failure (2 sets) and then for another 3 sets work lowering progressively the weight (to failure always) that'll give you quite an ammount of mass and strength

    add a bit of cardio and weigted pushups to help definition and endurance! luck !

    The shopseller says the level 1 is the hardest, so i bought the level 2.

  • @BranmasterG cardio workout is a must to see six pack abs. crunches along wont gain u a six pack. proper diet is also key to gaining a six pack.
