hmmm.. your remote seems to have some "brightness" (or hi/low) buttons too.. but heard that the first generation of the lamp did not have this feature.. strange! what does that lil button on the BACK SIDE of your remote say? Is there a GEN2 printed on ?
@swisswinnerboy , well i ordered the GEN2 Version of this lamp in the meantime. it should arrive today. hopefully its automatic color-cycle mode is more slowly and "adjustable" as i read somewhere in a description. well.. ill see soon.
meanwhile i received my new GEN2 Version of the Philips LivingColors Lamp. its pretty bright. but still...for shining a whole wall youll still need another lamp (ill order soon). however, the GEN2 does support colorcycling and the speed realy is adjustable. VERY NICE FEATURE! im going to get another one to color up my whole wall.
@swisswinnerboy , yep i can. is kinda tricky, sometimes need 2-3 tries to activate. but after activating color cycling i can controll cycle speed just by touching the color wheel at any color from deep blue (fast) clockwise to purple (veeeeeeeery slow!). to switch on auto color cycling ill have to take a full 180deg turn on the colorwheel (clockwise) and then press ON again. not very convenient to turn on. seems the engineers at philips still think in squares.
have you ever done a rape? you look like you have/// also, cool video
