What a great guy Adam was...we wrestled each other on one of the first ECCW cards at the Eagles Hall in New West. We'd been friends years before then and shared so many fun experiences together!!
Just like Doby Gillis, the ECCW and Pacific Northwest wrestling promotions lose another fine young wrestler to tragedy. Adam Dykes (aka Adam Firestorm). I myself will miss this colourful and likable New Zealander who made Vancouver, BC, Canada his home since 1986, the Expo year. You were taken from us too soon Adam. Thanks for the ring memories! R.I.P.
I can't even believe he's gone. I grew up with Adam and I am so happy to have known him. May he rest in peace and may his family be comforted in knowing he lived more in his 33 years than some of us do in a lifetime...Gonna miss you Adam. :(
