think of it like this: when you walk out and see a "Mexican" or someone you perceive to be Mexican, what do you instinctively think? Well La Raza wants to change that dangerous attitude that has plagued the hard working Latino community for the past 100 years. Except that it does since the land in question resides in our borders and we won a war to make that so. Mexicans can not claim ownership of land that never belonged to them in the first place and which they sold to Americans nearly 200 yrs ago. Stop talking about the past to justify current crimes.
