i never tried wrist releases before im shooting and hitting high with the wrist release. i mastered the t shaped thumb releases. im not sure what to do ive tried different anchor points and holding positions
please help i got a wrist release and have been practicing constantly but the arrow always goes 2 inches 2 high in line with the bulls eye. the bow is set at 32lbs distance is 30ft using a d loop. with the t shaped release i can hit a quarter at 30ft but i put the release mechanisim under the d loop
I'm new to Archery just purchased my first bow ( Rampage XT ) I also purchased a Scotts double caliper release very similar to the Scotts you showed. I was wondering if it is possible to adjust the sensitivity because mine is extremely sensitive and I'm having a difficult time getting used to it. Any advice would be much appreciated
nice i shoot target and u can see me shooting my target bow on my channel but for release i shoot a cater just cuz and also a tru ball bt gold ultra 3 back tension release also. but good vid
I currently use a tru-ball release, the velcro variant, but the release mechanism works in the same way as the scott, in that it dosent really 'spring', if you know what i mean. Im thinking of switching to a traditional release, but what would you recommend?
Do you recomend the 3 fingers release , its kind of difficult for me shoot with a buckle release , but i would like to try the 3 fingers but I'm not sure
I think that's cause you can use the wrist strap to drawn and it takes the pressure off you wrist because you actually are attached to your forearm. thanks for watching.
I have a friend who shoots a True ball because he cant draw a bow with a traditional release.something with his wrist. He says it is alot more comfortable.
@Hossman61 Yes, buy not by the Velcro. You increase length using a nut that attaches the release tot the strap.

do you know the type of arrow release that the jaw closes around the arrow nock?
etekballer14 10 months ago
@etekballer14 nope. I would never want anything near the nock. IT will affect your shot.
