Sounds like you either have to rev it up to clean it out and make sure its running right or adjust the carb. You should have a bit of smoke coming out so you're either to lean or to rich
I can't understand why my boat 36 cut off after 10 seconds in the water. I have had this boat for about fours years now, and only ran it about 8 times

@aprlyn315 Go for it , it takes a little tinkering to keep it running right but thats a nitro motor for you.And they are fun
