you have inspired me, however I have a problem whenever I want to lose weight and put my mind to do it I always get negative responses from a special someone I won't say who. At one point he tells me that I need to lose weight, and then at another time he tells me I'm okay I don't need to lose weight. The thing is I know I need to lose weight and I try but I get discourage easily. I'm 5'11 275 ibls and although I carry my weight well as most would say I'm still miserable. I hate how I look.

babe you have to do it for you, don't worry about what he says. that is your body and you're the only one who can help/change yourself. i don't care if he says, you don't need too; you know how you feel. don't get discouraged or beat yourself up over one bad day. brush yourself off and start new tomorrow! allow yourself a treat meal once a week. its hard work, but its also your health. good luck if you've started, but please don't use him as your reasoning. do it for you!!

@josuroberts the good thing is is that the program is totally realistic and you get to eat what you normally eat, but in moderation....and as time goes by you just learn to make better food choices. i was scared of failing in the beginning and thinking that eating more food was not going to help me lose weight, but i was wrong. WW,calorie counting, changing eating habits, or exercising more are all effective ways to lose weight. just have faith in yourself , try your best, and you will be amazed

@josuroberts hi! don't be scared at all. I started WW the first week of august last year and i have lost 30lbs. its so sensible and easy and REAL. Its not a diet and its very logical. You don't have to know everything when you start, they teach you how to eat right. I follow the plan, but I am not and angel and it still works for me. For instance I had pizza and beer for dinner tonight, lol, but its ok, nothing is off limits its just all in portion size and fequency.

@Jazzytv195 that is totally not rude..lol!! i have a monthly pass and just have them take it out of my account monthly, and it is like 39.9 something. i believe you can pay a weekly amount instead though if you do not want a monthly pass.....

@baby5968 thanks! i am 5'7, so according to WW, my healthy weight range is between 128 and 160 pounds. i really want to be 135, but i am struggling to get there! i have not given up though, because i know it gets hard near the end of a weight loss journey =)
