  • I have a Ka Bar my gran pa had back in WW2.and its still razor sharp.

  • Dude, please keep making knife videos, because your videos are awesome. Also, despite what everyone is saying, keep speaking in Portuguese and have English subtitles, because Portuguese is a beautiful language.

  • All you'll ever need. KABAR forever.

  • You ever killed a man with that thing?

  • ahahahaha funny :D

  • saw that at Wall-mart .

  • what is the point of serdades at the bottom??

  • @sauskeisnotemo takes the blade down through the belly easier almost like a zipper!

  • @sauskeisnotemo So you can saw through a man's jugular after you jam it into the side of his neck.

  • disgusting language whatever it is.

  • actually we Marines do not use Kabar made knives much anymore. We now use a mostly a superior design by Ontario though maybe companies have made them over the years even before my time. Camellas, Ontario, Kabar, and Case have all made our knives but we still call them all KABARs. They generally look the same.

  • @LedZeppelin13k7 Both Union Cutlery (now called Ka-Bar) and Camillus made them in WWII. They were essentially the same knife. Ontario has the current government contract because they submitted the lowest bid, not because their version is better. I would argue that the Ka-Bar brand version is better finished and more robust.

  • @whitethronebooks yeah the camillus and the kabar are pretty much the same and up until i think desert storm so was the ontario (leather wrapped handles). the reason i say its superior because it feels better in the hand and the tang is wider and stronger. the handle material they use also is less slippery than the new marine kabar(rubber handle), it kind of feels like truck bed liner. the only disadvantage is the butt of the knife is not truly flat for hammering. in the end its the same blade.

  • @LedZeppelin13k7 So your Ontario has a black Kraton handle? Is the pommel (i.e. the butt) pinned like the Ka-Bar's or screwed in? I have read that the guards on the Ontarios tend to loosen up. I have small hands, and the Ka-Bar feels good to me. But some people, like yourself, prefer Ontario's handle. So sad that Camillus bit the dust three years ago.

  • wow ok dude what the fuck are you doing making videos? your crazy

  • You shouldn't be allowed to own that knife! It's a USMC knife, which means it's MADE IN THE USA!

  • @XzCoRkEy14zX, so does that mean any chinese knives or for that matter anything else chinese you shouldn't be able to have? Cuz he US would die wat the point. Stfu you ignorant ass.

  • Ka-Bar exports their knives.

  • i didnt understand a damn thing u just said

  • I would spend 40 more bucks and get D2 steel

  • Comment removed

  • yes it is at least 8 inches of blade length and it is designed for a marine so you know it has to kill and serve various other purposes

  • Too bad you stopped making knife videos I always liked your knife vids the best, maybe its because you just show the knife and don't ramble on and you don't tell us how you are an expert because you chopped down a whole forest with a clearly unused knife.

  • beaner

  • @LemurInBlack hes from Brazil

  • is there any way to get the usmc stamped on that or do i have to buy the original usmc

  • you dont want this knife unless it has the USMC stamp on it. SDMF.

  • lmao yeah ok your crazy dude what do you got a frost cutlery knife? hahahha

  • Ok you obviously have no idea what you're talking about...

  • Bought one of these toady. :D

  • does anyone no how you can restore the tip?

  • Just roughly grind the edge to shape you want and then sharpen it. Atleast that's how I have restored broken edges. Takes a time to get it sharp again but it shouldn't be that hard.. or then again you could give it some professional who can do it for little charge.

  • I have one of these. I think it lost its edge rather fast, but after watching kornofoallotobs vids, I sharpened the hell out of it.

  • Nice review. I think you should do some more cutting demonstrations on your videos: cutting rope with serrations, maybe more paper cutting, piercing/thrusting demo also would be nice, cuz (in my opinion) your videos are missing some more cutting demos.

  • my switchblade can cut paper like that I even recently cut through thickened cardboard like it was a hot knife through butter with it

  • That's one seeeerious knife!

  • First viewer!
