@MrWhiteSnow1986 First off this is a pretty old and bad recording, but in this one I didn't do anything special I just talked a bit darker and with a raspy voice, so if you have problem with this you just need to practice. I haven't made a Saw related video for a while but I have mastered the way of doing the voice, to make it like in the movies you still need to talk like before but then you'll change the pitch in any audio program to make it even darker.

I don't really understand your question, but i basically came up with a small script made the voice and then looked up a high definition picture of the saw doll. Then i used Photshop to edit out the mouth and then i animated the mouth movement in flash.
