I have a Mark Hoppus bass in shell pink. When I bought it, obviously there was a little influence because I liked the band, but honestly, the bass is sick.

I find Jazz bass to look more appealing, but the true P bass sound, is unmatched, and this bass has the best of both worlds.

The tone is slightly changed which I love, and the one volume knob is cool cause I never touched the knobs on my other basses.

So even if you buy the bass on influence, you probably still wont regret it
