To unlock gravity, do the following:

You must first beat Very Hard mode, then beat Ultimate. Then you must geat the 8th/black chaos emerald. After that you must complete the CEZ2 secret, find out how at the SRB2Wiki.

I might clear 1 thing up. This technique won't work in single player if you haven't unlocked the god menu. If you don't have god menu, try doing this while hosting a empty netgame. Because hyperfloat NOT only affects you, but also the other people.

I don't see whats so special about it. Its just purely fun flight. But for some reason, using gravity binds can sometimes gives differen't results than console commands gravity. I actually use this:

G = gravity -0.5

H = Normal gravity

I can't believe Flame and Draykon actually thought I did it with a exe mod. People with skills like theirs should directly get the idea of gravity binds.

Yes, that is what I suspect as well. The only way I can see such smooth flight possible without an exe mod.
