i've done it before. call ur email service provider,mine was hotmail (owned by microsoft), and tell them u've been jacked. all u gotta do is tell them who ran ur internet (Bell, Rogers etc...) during the time u made ur account + ur IP adress/location at the time. when u get it back, everything associated with that email gets restored to a time of ur choice (similar to system restore for windows). get at it bro, sick beat too :)
