Yeah, hes pretty bad, his attacks are wildly innacurate. In EX mode tho he can be quite dangerous. And nobody sucks like the Emperor (giant cheating meteor notwithstanding).
Some further tips: try to finish with EX bursts cos you get bonus EXP for doing so. also, you get more EXP the more damage you inflict, so overkilling nets shedloads. I set the CPU level to auto. Most people say you should set ExDeath to lv 100 and farm him, but that takes too long for me (Plus he'll OHK you at lower levels if ur not careful). Finally, equip chocobo feathers if you wanna level REALLY fast. they break easily tho.

Kuja may have took control of bahamut and killed off that fat queen bitch, but kefka went mafia style and wiped out that samurai's familly and kingdom. NUFF SAID!!
Kuja is better than Kefka because he has character. There are even moments when he feels powerless - this is not something that most villains go through. Kuja changes throughout the game, Kefka is the same, his character does not develop at all. Kefka is a more entertaining villain, but he isn't very interesting. The Turks from VII for example are both.
It's all personal preference. I like Kefka better; he's been driven insane in his mad lust for magic. Stolen from Espers.
FF6 was a shift from FF4 and 5 where characters and villains were fairly flat and had little depth to them. They managed to perfect this by ff7 where all the characters were very interesting and they interacted well with the plot.
It's hard to even compare them. I'm influenced by the fact though, that I never really liked FF9
fair enough Kuja is awsome in the fact that he is one of the only villains with a personality, but Kefka does have this as well, only its the opposite to kuja. At he beggining of the game Kefka is foolhardy and bad Tempered and you dont really see him for an psycopath like the at the end, just some pompous idiot. But as he gets more power, you can see what hes really like, in other words he just becomes drastic, the opposite to what your saying, but in a way the same.
2) This music track was made by me, not the Black Mages'. It's a modified version to the original Dark Messenger found in FFIX. You wont find it anywhere else but here.

i love necron and his grand cross skill have you see that it casts every single status aliment no final boss can do that except him plus he can deal 3000 damage with necron ring right after and has protect and shell on him always not to mention he can attack super fast

Kuja was onlly the bringer of death before zidane. which meant that zidane was already powerfuller. Cloud had to destroy sephiroth after full knowing he had killed Zack and Aerith :P. Sephiroth was more baddass :)
Flare Star, and Seph = Final boss, but Kuja isn't (See Necros) Final bosses allways have ridiculous moves, cuz necros does about the same with the skill Grand Cross, and well, Zidane and Co. killed death itself after they knew that EVERYTHING was dead. Tht also includes a pair of other important characters. Touche xP And btw, my hate for sephiroth is cuzz the fact that it mostly was Jenova tht went like kill em all, instead of seph
Even though Kuja isn't as powerful as Sephiroth, he's still way better villain, even though he dresses up in a gay way.
Kuja and Sephiroth neither really fight the player party much, but Kuja isn't one sending his dead mother to kill his enemies. Kuja also appears way more sinister. He doesn't waste much effort to almost destroy 4 greatest kingdoms of the world, and even blows up a planet, while Sephiroth burns down a village and summons a meteor, which is destroyed by a dead woman.
umm Supernova can't actually kill you, just takes away your hp by a percentage depending on the party memeber's current hp... while Kuja's mere flare can kill you :P Kuja also destroys Terra, wipes out your party twice with Ultima so I do believe he is more powerful than Sephiroth. Don't get me wrong, Sephiroth is amazing too and by the way, Sephiroth doesn't kill Zack :)
But ya forget m8. Sephiroth had about 200 chances to kill him, if kuja was so powerful how come he makes Beatrix do the work in that city of rain. i think its called Burmincia or summit like that, if he was so powerful why didnt he just kill zidane there and then coz he knew he had a tail.
well im gonna end it here and say that Reno from the turks could beat them both up i think they are too similar to say the least :P

honestly if i had favorite villians id have 5 for game reasons(note there not in order)
1:kuja(for airial abilities)
2:sephiroth(able to take bravery down with multi hit attacks)
3:emperor(mateus or palmacia or whatever[basicly for the traps with which i can immobilize opponents])
4:kefka(basicly like sephiroth exept all long range magic attacks)

I use quick battle. set ur PSP to ur bonus day so u get the EXP bonuses, and spam HP attacks, those are what get you EXP

i love necron and his grand cross skill have you see that it casts every single status aliment no final boss can do that except him plus he can deal 3000 damage with necron ring right after and has protect and shell on him always not to mention he can attack super fast

To me, I think Kuja is the best villian, he just doesn't get the attention he should get. If I do ever get this game, he would be my main.

Dude i totally agree Kuja is in a tie with Sephiroth for first, he was an awesome villian in FF9 and he destroyed an entire planet (terra) my second fave is Ex Death

sorry now to beat u :).. Kujas special move was "Flare" simple fire damage. Sephiroths was to have a beam of power go through all the planets in the solar system then wipe out the group :P..
Kuja was onlly the bringer of death before zidane. which meant that zidane was already powerfuller. Cloud had to destroy sephiroth after full knowing he had killed Zack and Aerith :P. Sephiroth was more baddass :)

Flare Star, and Seph = Final boss, but Kuja isn't (See Necros) Final bosses allways have ridiculous moves, cuz necros does about the same with the skill Grand Cross, and well, Zidane and Co. killed death itself after they knew that EVERYTHING was dead. Tht also includes a pair of other important characters. Touche xP And btw, my hate for sephiroth is cuzz the fact that it mostly was Jenova tht went like kill em all, instead of seph

Even though Kuja isn't as powerful as Sephiroth, he's still way better villain, even though he dresses up in a gay way.
Kuja and Sephiroth neither really fight the player party much, but Kuja isn't one sending his dead mother to kill his enemies. Kuja also appears way more sinister. He doesn't waste much effort to almost destroy 4 greatest kingdoms of the world, and even blows up a planet, while Sephiroth burns down a village and summons a meteor, which is destroyed by a dead woman.

umm Supernova can't actually kill you, just takes away your hp by a percentage depending on the party memeber's current hp... while Kuja's mere flare can kill you :P Kuja also destroys Terra, wipes out your party twice with Ultima so I do believe he is more powerful than Sephiroth. Don't get me wrong, Sephiroth is amazing too and by the way, Sephiroth doesn't kill Zack :)

But ya forget m8. Sephiroth had about 200 chances to kill him, if kuja was so powerful how come he makes Beatrix do the work in that city of rain. i think its called Burmincia or summit like that, if he was so powerful why didnt he just kill zidane there and then coz he knew he had a tail.
well im gonna end it here and say that Reno from the turks could beat them both up i think they are too similar to say the least :P
