A rockabilly car is basically a car that one step away from the crusher, yet is manages to roll down the highway if the driver and his chick aren't too drunk to push it, that is.

@V8Deuce i remember those days. we wre "skins" but we got along well with the rockabilly's. then we all hung with the rockers so much we hung up uor doc's and got creepers.lol. been in the scene since the 80's myself.

thats because most of whst you see here is not true rockabilly. its got a punk rock twist and its called "psychobilly". but trust me my friend there are plenty of rockers out there that look like they are from 1955. and the "rockabilly cars he referred to are "rat rods". like my 62 ford ranchero thats all origional but still drive, not some kit car trailer queen with billet wheels. mine has the original straight 6. and im about to roll down to get some cigs while jammin some gene vincent.
