That's a LOT of coffee. I'm under the impression that super high doses are compensating for something. Roast, the coffee, uneven extraction, or what have you. There's no reason to dose that high if everything is as it should be.
Quite fast and efficient, though I think it could be made more so. I personally find a few parts of that superfluous, eg. polishing a few times is unnecessary.
