  • I have one and they are pretty accurate after you fill it up a few times. It gets more and more accurate.

(I just got a Scangauge 2 yesterday which cost $A 200, about £118, or $US179, delivered.) So I'll spend the weekend trying to figure it out.

It would cost about, at $1.15 per litre, $A107, or £70, or $US96 for that amount of petrol (27.75 US gallons=105 litres) in Australia, depending discounting and where you live. (Feb. 2010)

  • If you get the SG2 calibrated correctly and leave it alone after that, they're damn accurate. mine is always within a 1/10 of a gallon at fill up in my Tacoma.

  • jest got one. going through the calibration process. Now I will see how much HHO system works!

  • This is not an unbiased video at all.

  • damn nice work!!!

the lowest i've gone is 20km "Fuel To Empty". I can tell you I was scared, but now after seeing other people (like your video) doing with 2.4miles to empty I have more trust in the ScangaugeII now :)

  • love mine. love SG2.

  • Darn expensive fill-up! : )

Just got my SGII today!! Love it already!

  • What that's nothing! At britain's prices the same fill up would cost the $188 at £1.09 per litre ($6.77 per US gallon).

I think they got off pretty lightly at just $72.
