@tzDub92 Well, I can say that the capabilities of HAARP arise a plethora of concerns. One suspicion is that the main purpose of the research project seems to remain incognito for that they mention the effects of HAARP but not promising that it will not be used as a weapon. Military defense, etc. leads me to believe they already have an intention towards utilizing it as a "weapon." Now, sticking to scientific analysis and observations, I can't just go off of a few videos, but I remain skeptical.

First Time speaking with a Psych in my life and somehow I brought up HAARP in the conversation as a plausible technology that people have been talking about. She didn't know who Tesla was. She thought I was wanting to cause earthquakes and start war. She then concluded with, "I think you're confused." and prescribed me anti psychotics. WTF!!??
