Greedy.The restaurent should implement what was practiced at certain chines shops elsewhere in the world.Take as much as possible but any left over must be considered a waste and pay penalty for taking more than on need with no concern for others.Make weight also count ,say a maximum weight .Also dont take more than a minute to fill up.Also no more than 4 items of one's choice. This would leave the engineer to concentrate on multistory building design and construction instead of food tower

I remember this fancy restaurant that was set up in a similar format as a buffet, except they only allowed you one trip (this was in China). What me and everyone else did was, because they allowed you to take leftovers home, get as much as you can home so you get free expensive food afterwards. :D
