  • Wow ! Why didn't I start listening Paul Desmond since I was one year old?

  • no words to say about paul desmond !!!!!

  • Paul Desmond was truly great. In my mind there are few words that can really describe his talent. A great download from NPR music web site on his life, narrated by Nancy Wilson is well worth the time. Tells his story...pass it along as far as you can...one of a kind.

  • ポール、変わらない!

  • Just so wonderful. How I love the music from and with Dave Brubeck. Thanks for the video.

  • its just beutifuly constructed!

  • No one has ever played Tangerine like Paul too. My true inspiration.

  • I've never heard this one, excellent. Almost as sweet as Emily

  • @2314575 I gladly join you in your high evaluation of really marvelous book by Doug Ramsey which I highly recommend to all Paul Desmond's fans. The title is" Take Five: the public and private lives of Paul Desmond.

  • i just finished transcribing the first 76 bars of desmond's solo. if there's anyone interested in the sheet music, ask :)

  • It's an extract of the german TV - Channel "WDR" which shows the "berlin jazz days" in a show called jazzline.

On the 27th of may from 12 - 12.55 am it is again on the WDR.

But by the way - really nice song !

Only jack seems a little fu**ed up...

  • Anybody know if this from a DVD that can be purchased, and where? Thanks.

  • Check out Dave's son if you get the chance...Chris Brubeck...great bass player and pianist...does some of his dad's tunes, and plenty of his own. Good stuff.
