Yes, there's nothing wrong with desiring a homeland as long as that land is free of people. It's wrong to invade and occupy. It's stealing their land. If they want to live there, then they need to get green card from its government. If they don't get green card, then move on. Not everyone have their dream come true. Israel didn't invade and occupy, per say. They were put in a place that they believed they deserved (they fought for that land- you can't blame people for wanting to stay) and then the Palestinians- rightfully- were very angry.

There was, of course, a war in 1948 and Israel WON. Then again in 1967- Israel WON. That's not invasion, that's the right of the win. The Palestinians were wronged, no doubt, and should be given control of own land. Still, many people in both terrotiries want to coexist.
