  • ya totally a rack,ya damaging the language

  • HAHAHA black burry

  • You make us sound stupid.

  • well u tried...

  • Gah, she makes it sound so stupid...

  • Why do them dirty britts keep thinking we're retarded?

  • Fairly convincing. 8/10

If anything, your accent seems to migrate. Sometimes, it's a midwest (suburban, not rural), and other times, it is similar to an east-coast thing. Only a few words (maybe even parts of words) did is venture back across the atlantic.

  • @ltzzy11 , yes, most people from America do use like a lot haha. Maybe unknowingly and not saying you do all the time, i obviously don't know you lol but I've definitely noticed it (i'm from america by the way..)

  • haha black burry

  • I feel dumb...I didn't even realize people had trouble speaking American. O.O

Shows how much I know. XD

  • We don't say "Blackberry" like that.

The way you're saying it is like black-bree. We say black-bear-ee.

It's really obvious that you're not American..you started off really well, but it slipped more and more throughout.

  • You "sure" sounds like "chure", practice your vowels. Just keep saying them over and over.

  • Comment removed

  • very close....lol...but not quite

  • Your vowels give you away, C-

  • i love your british accent, although the way you were doing the american accent reminds of highschool popular girl, with all the like and everything it really threw it off. my advice would be to visit america and listen to the accents before so you can perfect your own american accent.

  • Pretty good, but you seem to go from region to region. We wouldn't say "moan" in that context, maybe "gripe" or "bitch" or "complain"....

  • Why is bloody a cuss word in Britian?:P

  • you don’t sound american. and i’m american. =/ needs practice. if you were talking to me in person i’d know right away.

  • lawl, sounds like sarah palin

  • That was bloody awful.

  • it sounds more canadian than american

  • Were you in drama?

  • When do you do an American accent?

  • ha ha a few slip-ups, but cuuuute attempt! You're cute. Did I mention you appear cute to me?

  • The British make Americans sound like preppy cheerleaders or Southern, while Americans make the British sound posh and arrogant hahah. Really great attempt though!

  • it's flattering you would try the american accent. The problem is you really force some parts. You also raise your voice when you speak in an american accent think of an american accent as your but with softer edges. Also don't change your pitch too much. It's ok and it's really sweet you would try it.

  • Pretty good except for how you say blackberry.

  • U SUCK U WANNABEEEEE

  • y does every body think we say LIKE alot wtf nooooo hahaha

  • @Itzzy11 I say Like alot... like idk wtf ur talkin about... like i use like in like every sentence haha like... its like... weird.

  • @X4nd3r22 haha cuz ur a dumbass...oh wait hold on," cuz ur like uh you kno..like a dumbass." >:)

  • @Itzzy11

They have a lot of American television apparently... nuff said? Hollywood makes us look like assholes :P

  • @Itzzy11 We do say like alot. Like, all the time we like, say like, like, like-a-ty like-a-ty like like like a like.

It's just like something we like do.

  • @Itzzy11 cause you use a lot. i am an international student, before coming here i did not use to use "liike", but now guess what?

  • @seyfullah0333 so? idgaf

  • @Itzzy11 i am addicted:)

  • I'd like some spongecake.

  • ur hot

  • 0:03-0:22 wow thanks. now ppl can stock you.

  • lol thats pretty good

  • I like when you're on a roll then suddenly we hear "you(chu)bers" or "his(tr)y".

I notice that British people seem to all think we make insanely high inflictions and say like constantly. Okay well maybe that's because we do. Haha

  • im not sure why................but i hate you. LOL hmmmm a bit annoying

  • you sound snobby

  • Me and my friend are from America, and you were putting too much emphisis on the R's, but other then that it was ok!

  • Um, I am an an American native. To me you sound like a southerner impersonating a preppie. By the way, "blackberry" is pronounced, "blaak-behrry."

  • i dont think your accent sounds very american... and if it is it is like super northern. And Blackberry is not like that

  • The accent's okay, but you would get some real stares for your obnoxious demeanor.

  • Hahaha you need to work on it. I love the way you guys say YouTube. Like youchube. Sorry it always make me laugh. We say

    you-toooobe

  • Your main problem is that you’re trying to be the accent, not yourself. When you switched to your American accent you “dumbed down” your vernacular. I would suggest that you just speak with the words that you would naturally say, only with an American accent. Also, don’t go crazy with the “valley girl” inflection. Really, the best way that you could improve your accent would be to live in the US for a while. If interested in the US, then you could study abroad for a term. Hope this helped.

  • Here's my attempt at an Irish accent. *drinks beer* *Jibberish*

  • The accent wasn't terrible, it just seemed very forced, and your natural English accent forced its way through at times.

    -IMP ;) :)

  • attempt

  • you look like your having a really hard time haha

  • You do a decent job at the american accent, one thing I'd say you can improve on is pronouncing the r more fully when it's before a consonant. That's a tell-tale sign for an american to tell you're not from the US. Other than that, good job!

  • i love u stephanie smith...muahhhh <3
