Today is October 10th and I am having this same surgery except I have existing implants that are 20+ years old and I have severe scaring that the doctor must remove. I am scared because I know I will hurt when I wake up but I think it will be better in the long run to be rid of the pain I have now everyday due to the scar tissue around my implant.

@liajohn1 How did your surgery turn out? I have a tissue infection and have had my implants for three years and i went with the salinegel implants wich are no longer on the market. I have a capsular contracture in one of them and it is very painful. I am having them removed and then in April i will go back to Dr.Foley and have a lift done and new implants put back in under the muscle this time. how was the healing process for you? did you do it all at once?

thank you for having this, up. I am going to have this done, and am scared. I am not like her, but need it done the same. I have lost a lot of weight , as well and consider myself blessed . i want cohesive implants, Is this a good choice? i am 5'10 and 165 i am going a lot larger and want the best. I want them real feel real look only hot. lol ty again!

This doctor does a very good job on all his surgeries. I think that your videos are intresting and helps people have an idea of why they need to get this done and how its done.

Why does the implant go under the muscle? Isn't real breast tissue on top of the muscle?

Absolutely AMAZING. I know that within a few months the new breasts will soften and take on the final shape, but even in the beginning- Much nicer for this woman who lost over 100lbs. She should be proud of her new breasts. Thank you Doctor and patient for sharing!!!
