Here is how to make a nerf bullet blowgun.take a 3 foot long piece of PVC internal diameter if .75 of an inch and 7/8 of and inch for the external diameter. Put the bullet on the side your mouth is and blow. It should go about 150 to 200 feet out. 100 feet up.
