Personally I think it's nice when a band try out whatever they like, because it's their band. But if they want the same fanbase, they should porbably not get too far from the old.

As an old fan, I get nostalgic when listening to their old music. I don't care about their new music, cause I listen to other bands now.

And btw Bill being a wirdo or not, doesn't effect the music. (too MSilentscream)
