Yes. Hybrids sell bad bacause they are too expensive less good - where transformation from fossil to electric power has 40% efficiency and this plus efficiency in power grid and to the car's weel is marginally better than diesel cars. The problem is that GM will bleed tax payers money, contributing in making America a bit less competative.
