  • Hello I watched your recipe first time today and I am giong to make it for our Diwali which at the end of oct. Have you got any recipes using figs and mixed nuts?

    Aruna

  • That looks amazing! is there a healthier way to make these?

  • @FitnessTrance Seriously? What needs to be healthier? It's almost entirely fruit and nuts. There's no butter, no oil, no egg yolks, no refined sugar or flour--just 2 tablespoons of honey as sweetener. If you think that's too unhealthy, you should just eat a celery stick for dessert.

  • how long can they stay in the fridge for?

  • ehm do you put the dates with the seeds or without them into the food crusher ??

  • isn't your name supposed to be pronounced like Aalia because my cousins name is Alia.

  • YAY! I am Moroccon! and i love the first cookie!

  • salamo alaikom alia i made these the other day and they were delicious but my husband suffers from a stomache problem and coconut upsets hits stomache so instead of rolling them in coconut at the end i rolled mine in the powdered almonds and they were sooo good my husband took some to work with him and when he got back later that night he said my boss says can you right down the recipe so that his wife can make them at home lol so they were that good lol

  • i remember when i was in Saudi Arabia, my dad use to bring these date balls every night from work and me and my brothers use to fight over these delicious things......when i was watching this video, i was thinking about how crazy i was about them.....i love your videos alia......thanks for reminding me the good times...:)

  • The background music is awesome, where can I get it ? :-)

  • How funny, I just made a recipe very similar to this last night! I thought I was inventing it. I made it raw tho; I instead of steaming the dates I just soaked them in water for a little while, and I didn't toast the almonds. I didn't use honey or orange blossom water, I'm sure those ingredients give it a really beautiful flavor!

  • This is the best Moroccan Cuisine Youtube Channel I saw. Good job.
