Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

(1) Why do we love flying?

(2) Why do we love the "feeling of turbulence" when travelling in the air?

For me, I enjoy some turbulence during air travel, but I do not know why.

(3) Why some of us enjoy eating inflight meal during turbulence?

For me, I like that.

Yes, I do. I experienced 0 gravity for few seconds on a Boeing 747 two year ago. I am so fortune to experience, because many people need to US$900 pay for that in a 727.

its because ur crossing the international dateline. thats why theres a lot of turbulance

yes but at that time the cabin was not yet enhanced. PAL cabin enhancement of their widebodies will end this year and i can't wait to ride on those. :)

philippine airline's economy class seat is better than singapore airline's economy class seat. it is much wider.

yup its business class and yes this plane has PTV's. PAL is currently upgrading its cabin so by the end of this year, i think, all 747's will have PTV's in all classes.

@davemejia no that was not on business class that was on first class PAL had first class before removed on 2006, that is how it looks like when i searched philippine airlines first class in the internet.

@0404SP a few years ago PAL removed their first class service because of "low sales".. at the time of my flight the former first class cabin (in the lower deck) was already being used as business class.

wen i was going to the philippines from los angeles it was like heavy turbulance comming in and out of the flight

yeah a typhoon just left the country so i guess it still had an effect. usually the flighta i take from the states to manila is smoother.

but my flight from manila to LA was smooth or was it cause i slept though the first 6 hrs of the flight
