Great spacing on your guy's part. Cinder perhaps would have done better without using anti-air so much but good to see this game played smart and with spacing and move properties in mind as opposed to just jumping around and landing the biggest combo.

The Cinder vs Sabrewulf fight was just us fucking around, since neither of us use those characters that often. I specialize in Riptor, TJ Combo and Fulgore; Monki strictly uses Jago, TJ Combo and Orchid.

Shut the fuck up. YOU are the one who doesn't know shit about KI. See, a huge amount of combos I do are very short, or even unbreakable (such as the Riptor headbutt-roll combo), so again you have no clue what you're even watching. And a longer combo, such as a monster, uses LINKERS, which are easy as fuck to break because they can be broken with any button strength! You just don't know shit about the game, and come in here bashing everyone like you're a pro or something. Scruuub!

Lol theflyest310, I have not played ki for months now and I'm going to be to "brutal" with honesty. You do big combos, and you'll get killed fast. No offense but even if I played on Kb I'm pretty sure you'd still get your ass whooped. Red there plays on kb and he is BEAST, I use the controller. Believe me online matches for ki are not combo exhibitions. That's something you only throw out when their life bar is pretty much gone ONLY.

You're a scrub who doesn't know how to play!! The longest unbreakable so far is 15 hits total, and it's not even that useful in battle because it BARELY even does more damage than a short combo of 5 - 7 hits, simply because of something called damage scaling; the longer a combo, the less damage each hit does. You'll be much better off killing your opponent's lifebar REAL FAST with a flurry of multiple short combos, and play smart. Clearly you suck too much to know this, you moron.

@redeyedol WELL SAID! Short combos (5-7hts) look more brutal anyway in my opinion. Doing large combos just leaves you open for a break, and a very quick death.

The play in these matches was at a VERY high level, excellent spacing (esp. Riptor v. Combo...wow), smart use of combos, excellent strategy, just great period. This makes me want to break out my sticks and get back into it.

@chupapairro lol if you're doing big combos and nobody breaks them...apparently they aren't that good anyway. Either way damage scaling makes the bigger combos (not ultra's) pointless like in every other fighting game. You're just leaving yourself open to get killed quicker from a combo breaker+powerup.

Me and the guys in this video are about as pro as you can expect for KI. We've played literally vs hundreds of players of all levels from many countries, and I even played vs several older XBAND players from the 90's. Chances are you think your bro is good only cause he can do killer combos and beat 6-STAR single player game, which any decent player can do.

Tell your brother to go on Zbattle, and chances are he will get his ass handed to him.. by the mediocre players. ;)

...and not to mention this game has too many glitches, plus really terrible character balance. Oh yeah, and an inconsistent game engine as well. Many of the reasons why the game died out 3 years after it first came out, and why I retired from it as well.

KI was fun while it lasted, but it's just too sloppy as a fighting game. Unfortunately, skill does not dominate KI; glitches and very broken tactics do, unlike most other games. =/
