I'm dark skinned & an avid runner. Just the other day I forgot to put sunscreen on and I ran outside for close to 1 hour & a half, and I has no sunburns, nothing. In fact, I could stand outside all day and walk away feeling great. Whites can't say that. The sun rejects them. I couldnt imagine living my life being afraid of the sun. Sun means life,energy,beauty,youth. I've always known that whites envy dark skin. Its pretty obvious.
@purplefashion03 - As a black person you should try sun gazing. Early in the morning or at sunset. The goal is to do it for 15 minutes. Since you are black your eyes can handle it. You pineal with be opened even further. Your dreams will be vivid and fantastical. Whites will have to try harder to do what we can naturally do. Do it every other day for a month and note what happens. start slow like 1 min, for a week then 5 mins, then 10 in evening up to 15-20 mins. Beauty awaits.

It will be bright at first but then you'll start to see the round disk. Keep staring at it. STart with 1 min, 5 min, 10, increments until you reach 15 minutes. I'm dark skinned & an avid runner. Just the other day I forgot to put sunscreen on and I ran outside for close to 1 hour & a half, and I has no sunburns, nothing. In fact, I could stand outside all day and walk away feeling great. Whites can't say that. The sun rejects them. I couldnt imagine living my life being afraid of the sun. You pineal with be opened even further. Your dreams will be vivid and fantastical. Whites will have to try harder to do what we can naturally do. Do it every other day for a month and note what happens. start slow like 1 min, for a week then 5 mins, then 10 in evening up to 15-20 mins. Beauty awaits.

It will be bright at first but then you'll start to see the round disk. Keep staring at it. STart with 1 min, 5 min, 10, increments until you reach 15 minutes. Do this for about a month at least three times a week. Your Pineal with open up & your dreams will be vivid. It may blow you away. If you don't see results right away continue staring for six weeks.

He says of whites that the the connection to spirit can be monitored by the level of rhythm an individual has obtained. I was listening to his explanation & I couldn't help but agree with that part.
