  • I agree. The rails make it look bad.

  • Just pick up a threaded 22/45 yesterday. I went with the one without the rails. The battery never goes dead on iron sights. lol

Of course it is threaded on top so I could add a rail later if I want.

  • AAAHHHH COOLEST FUCKING GUN EVER!!!

  • me to

  • im getting one

  • @theARMORYchannel

the Can or the Pistol... (or both, lol)

  • $439 is too much for a little 22 pistol that's this hard to take apart and clean.

  • Finally, a threaded barrel version, so you don't have to pay to get it threaded or replace with a threaded barrel which effectively doubles the price of an already overpriced pistol. I'd buy one but the brown side panels and gun case are a big fail. Instead of a nice plastic durable case with foam cutouts inside, you get a plastic bag and a cardboard box. The side panels can be replaced, but for $350 I'd want more than a cardboard box, plastic bag, and foam holster.

  • @cobrachoppergirl Haha, hat to break it to you, but its more like 450$

  • @rokclover54 Actually closer to $325 with shipping / FFL fees. Check Cheaper than Dirt, their current price is $295.

  • @FalconResistor Really? where are you ordering yours from?

  • @rokclover54 Haha, hat to break it to you, but its more like 320$

  • @sdoregon Yeah, that was my bad, I had been looking at MSRP

  • i have a mark 1 .22 pistol that pistol you own is a beauty

  • How much do these ones go for?

  • RAILS COME OFF IF U WANT!...lov it...

  • the other model with sights is drilled and tapped for a Weaver mount that is NOT INCLUDED.

  • looked at one the other day-brand new-neither magazine would lock in-had a 22/45 hunter with a fluted barrel-piece of junk-sent it to Ruger-came back junk-wouldn't buy another Ruger except from Davidson's-they replace it immediately if it's a lemon-no questions asked-let us know how this one works out for you-good luck

  • @bordomshow1

not sure what you are asking

  • @GunWebsites I think he means like on a kimber 1911 where the trigger slides back instead of a standard trigger where it pivots so to say.

  • I think it is the coolest .22 ever! Gotta get one of those!!

  • can you take the top rail off and buy iron sights to put on there?

  • Nice pistol, but I think I'd rather have the standard sights along with tapped holes to accommodate the picatinny rails, but keep the threaded front. Then one could choose to add whatever accessories. That seems to make more sense to me. It may be that that would be more of a custom gun, but well worth the expense. Do tell us more about the suppressor, how you acquired it and its expense.

    Thanks for the video

  • Very interesting .22, but about the suppressor, you never mentioned anything about it, how one acquires one and the expense. Neither did you mention the cost of the pistol. Now, when you do go to the range, don't forget to mention the distance to target and show the results. Sheesh!

  • @1LonePuma: He probably assumed that most people who wanted that information would just Google it.

  • how accurate is this gun with such a small barrel?

  • really like this model, but can not buy one in Canada :(

  • @7839199 Wolverine Supplies sells them, just have to ask for the price, around $400 CDN.

  • @7839199 have you had any luck finding that gun in canada im getting nowhere.

  • it look's like a NES Zapper.

  • length barrel?

  • @Solareffects yeah but i already had perchesed the standard 22/45 with block sights i just plan on buying the HiViz by Tac.Sol. and replaceing them.

  • it realy hurts the gun withought factory sights

  • @Dro77080 What? What do you mean? I ordered mine specifically this way. I like adding my own optics rather then being stuck with what Ruger puts on it.

  • damn thing is out of stock everywhere like the su-16c

  • im getting this

  • Nice. With the suppressor I bet it's quieter than my 10 pump bb gun.

  • Thats a great looking Ruger

  • can i borrrow that gun reel quick

  • Awesome thanks for posting.

  • Rails are somewhat over used...but I do like the application here...Being that you can mount a red dot with a lazer would make for a real fun gun to shoot and a good small game plinker!

  • Does the bottom rail come off?

  • god i'm so jealous. I would so get that....but can't have suppressors in hawaii.

  • @808Arsenal There are fake suppressors made if you just want the cool look.

  • @WeaponX831 yeah i know, but i really want it for the suppression as well as i don't want to drop a hundred something bucks on something just to look cool lol.

  • that's interesting. Guess we need a Ruger Ninja now

  • shoot it?

  • That thing is bad ass! But the 1911 grip profile sucks. I know from unfortunate personal experience.

  • it needs things on the rails then it'll be prettier.

  • I have a 22/45 and attempted to disassemble it. What a mistake. I now live by the words I read on a forum:

"To make sure my 22/45 is running at its peak, I disassemble it at least once every 10 years... But I'm really busy this year, so I'll have to wait for next time"

  • How much is that?

  • tactical rails+wood=UGLY

  • is this the one based on han solo's gat, or is luger ??

  • is this the one based on han solo's gat?

  • I do love the silencer though

  • rails are so overused

  • @TheOzoneLayerHatesMe Heck no...Thats UBER TACTICAL BRUH!---LOL....I hear ya....

  • It's kinda ugly with those rails on it. But I still want to see you shoot it... lol

  • @Hiluxtaco Agree, it would be nice if the Ruger engineers could come up with a modular system where you only add rails if you want them a la Magul MOE handguards for the ar15s.

  • @Hiluxtaco kinda ugly, KINDA UGLY, the damn thing looks like an aborted mongoloid!

  • nice little gun .

  • Does the mag drops freely?

  • SWEET! Looking forward to the range video for this one.

  • Love it! I'm gonna get one someday :)

  • The new Replaceable Panel version is the best ever. (the previous models were a bit thin for bigger hands) Ruger listened! Imagine that! Now if they would just do away with that stupid magazine disconnect that makes the trigger pull less than desireable. Another way to go for serious weight reduction when using the suppressor is to go with the (not cheap) Tactical Solutions threaded barrel which, unloaded, whole gun is about 13 oz!!

  • Sweeeet

  • putting a can on any firearm in newyork would mean that you plan on killing someone to the state

  • Geez... a .22lr pistol that will never be legal in California.

  • looks a little bit weird but stil awesome!
