I got really jealous when my aunt went and got married in Hawaii and I didn't have the money to go. Her daughter and his daughter both got to learn how to hula, so I'm really jealous of them! Coming from someone who has both hawaiian and filipino blood, I've noticed that we just love to party and have fun as a family. the hula may not be traditional or 100% correct. The pinays might now know what they are dancing about but they are throwing a performance for their dear friend/relative. That is a good enough reason to praise this.
