I did this at level 24, and the loot I got was ridiculous. I think I got over 100 Strong Potions of Healing, a bunch of nice daedric/glass weapons, and many pieces of daedric/glass armor.

and you can do the dark brotherhood quests and get the sufferthorn and the shadow hunt witch are pretty powertful
